YHC took us out with a few words and we all prayed the Lord’s Prayer together.
NMS:
YHC was not as nervous for this Q as he was for his VQ a couple weeks ago and actually slept well last night. YHC and Slurpee arrived to the AO extra early to set out cones and secure the AO. AO had already been secured by none other than Swirly! YHC thought he may arrive before Swirly because of the setting out of the cones, but to no avail. Big Blue was parked with headlights on! Lockjaw made a rare post without being the Q which has brought his Q ratio down probably a half of a percentage point. YHC tried to work all parts of the body this morning, hopefully he succeeded. Yes, that was a lot of Carolina Dry Docks! YHC forgot to audible on the triple check to go from three rounds to two. Apologies. Vinny posted again for the third time during his first week. That is great, man! Keep coming back!

In looking at #bigdata last night, I noticed 51 posts for Swirly for the first two month this year! WOW! On track for over 300 this year. Great job!

Thanks for letting me lead this morning! Have a great Thursday!
Great Q Kubota, feeling it already!! Nice touch with the Doracides, my first time doing that….Vinny, way to get back out for your 3rd post in your first week man!!
Great Job Kubota – that was a good one buddy…
Well done guys …
See y’all in the gloom..
Great Q Kubota…those Doracides were rough. Whenever I see a traffic cone now I don’t know whether to embrace it, or pick it up and toss it in the woods.
Great closing words regarding thoughts of appreciation to our respective M’s.
Swirly doesn’t actually sleep
Nice work guys. Looks brutal, Kubota, well done.
Great Q Kubota! You are the proud winner of the triple check. The Hardywood timepiece was checked three times over the course of the workout. Well done young man. Great to see Vinny out for the 3rd time in a week!! What a beast. Welcome FNG Two Can.
LOL
Great job this morning Kubota! Feeling it for sure.
Great Q, Kubota. I am smoked!
Great workout! I liked how you used every bit of the AO without use of the fields. Well Done!
Also, Atilla had the same backblast title as you today. However, you have the exclamation point which takes it over the edge.
My Q ratio can dip a little for a good workout like this.
