Fartsack be damned!  2 noble warriors fought through the malaise of the midweek.  Here is how it went down.

  • AMRAP challenge – rotation of 5 exercises over a 30-35 second period, with reduced rest after each rotation; rests start at 25 seconds and move down to 20, 15 and 10 seconds
    • Weighted squats

    • Weighted lunges
    • Halos
    • KB swings
  • Run the bus loop
  • AMRAP challenge/version 2 – rotation of 3 exercises over a 30-35 second period, with reduced rest after each rotation, rests of 20, 15 and 10 seconds this time around
    • Alabama honeymoons
    • Sit ‘n presses
    • Skull crushers
  • Run the bus loop
  • 25 heels to heaven
  • 15 lawnmower pulls – each arm
  • COT with YHC taking us out

Light crowd to this morning to celebrate the impending ascension of UVA hoops to the top of the basketball polls.  Great to have Offshore alongside to ensure that I would not be solo.  This workout was an oldie but goodie, a former favorite of Toga.  We had not done it since he fled the jurisdiction, so good to dig it back up.  No Johnsonville or White Deer.  They were missed, but I do not know if they were missing each other.  Rumor is they could be spooning in the fart sack.  Might need to send out a search party for Johnsonville to make sure he was not a casualty of White Deer’s dutch oven.

  1. Sounds like A lot of mumble chatter from the Q this morning. Great to know how much you missed me. No spooning for me this morning just set the wrong wake up time. I did miss the workout and the bantering with the young “bucks” 35.3>25?️‍♀️???
