- Triple check – around the world walk, tricep curls, sit ‘n presses
- COT – YHC took us out
The PAX was solid today. Another success hot potato Q as we did things in 3’s in honor of the PAX of 3. Prayers to Earthworm as he recovers from a recent illness. God is good all of the time!
