A lucky 7 arrived for a run among familiar places.

Absent were those who recently ran rather grueling and difficult races.

With an out and back options of differing miles

And a slightly non-pc joke leading to a few groans and smiles

The PAX was content in having put one another through their paces

Thoughts and prayers to Splinters wife’s, sister’s father who was in a severe car accident recently and is having a challenging and painful recovery.
