4 SOJ gentlemen either survived or did not post for Sparky’s Timberwolf beatdown and showed up for Murph Friday at TwinTeam.

Just like the other weeks

  • Run a Mile
  • 10 rounds of 10 (or AMRAP) pullups, 20 merkins IC and 30 squats IC
  • Run a mile

YHC and Wilson stood in the parking lot as 0530 approached debating whether to do the Murph today or switch it up and do it next week.  As the wheels were turning on what we should do Jenny Craig and Mr. Roper rolled in.  Not one to disappoint, Murph Friday it is.  Apparently New Market is suffering this morning from Sparky’s latest beatdown and Wilson was the only one to make it.  No coincidence that Wilson was the only one in New Market that fartsacked yesterday and made it out today.  Jenny Craig is getting the hang of F3 counting style, I wouldn’t be surprised to see his name on the Q sheet soon.  You won’t want to miss that one.

Everyone crushed it today.  As we say every week, the Murph is no joke, the only way to get better is to do it.  Next time maybe we won’t break out the “toys” the day before.

    Well done men! Just reading the word Murph elicited another sharp pain from my lower back after Timberwolf’s leg day.

    Much Respect to Rosie for shrugging off yesterday’s play-time at Timberwolf and crushing the Murph today.

    The Murph is always tough. Glad I skipped Sparky’s beating. He literally took out the entire New Market Crew!

    Wilson, I’m happy you took a day off, too. I mean it’s healthy to take a recovery day or two, let’s you grow stronger. Besides, number of posts for the year isnt a competition or anything, that would be insane. Be strong buddy, see you in the morning….or will I?!?

    Silly Lab Rat, I’m not too competitive! Honeymoon’s been in CA for the past week……I believe Spit has young kids with morning events and I can gain a spot…………YES you will see me in the morning. Unless the fart sack is more compelling!

    I think I need to have Big Data make a correction that has “Oyster Rosie” as 1 attendee, plus add a couple of downrange workouts not posted to F3RVA to get the real total.
    No competition right…

    Data is only as good as the people that enter it. I put a request in to the data steward to rectify. Only time will tell.

    Its inspirational to see the genuine concern this group shows for the sanctity and accuracy of the data being collected. I mean, since we know it has nothing to do with ranking or competition. Bravo, men!
