    Just a head’s up: due to the storm last night, traffic lights are out all over Forest Hill, Chippenham & Huguenot roads. All affected intersections are being treated like 4-way stops. So, it was extremely slow going this morning. Hopefully, things get fixed today but you may need to give yourself additional time to get to Salisbury. As alternatives, consider using Midlothian Turnpike & Robious Rd.
