nice cool morning for a morning workout.
Went over to the bus loop for a little warm up, ran around the loop and at each light did side straddle hops. Warmed up a little more.
Then triple check, run, squat push, demon crushers. Once done went over to play ground to watch the sun rise and some push ups and other things.
Ran back to the parking lot and numbered off. No announcements and then we were oit.
