5 posted on a perfect August morning. Yes, perfect. For this time of year, the weather could not have been better. It was south of 70 degrees, lower humidity and dew point. It actually felt a little chilly when you were not running.
Flipper and TYA launched early and did the South to North loop adding in Forrest hill for a cool 10 milers. Offshore and Flange did the South North with Swiper. Swiper was off at the end to add a few extra miles to better prepare for grandfather mountain at the BRR.

Great run flip. We kept a good pace going for the whole run. BRR here we come.
TYA I can only hope we are going up the Billy Goat together… I can only seem to go that distance looking at the back of your shoes.
