Numerama, Namearama and YHC took us out with a prayer to challenge ourselves and our children. Showing our 2.0s how to handle adversity properly is one example of how we can become better fathers.

NMS:Last night at Punisher, YHC commented to EF Hutton that YHC has only missed one Q due to oversleeping. It almost happened this morning as YHC awoke at exactly 0515. Thank goodness DaVille is only 3.5 miles from YHC house. YHC arrived and exited the Jeepster proclaiming “30 seconds till we mosey”. Also at last nights Punisher, Chumbucket brought out an oldie but a goodie with the Jack Webb abs variation. YHC thought it was a good idea to spread the pain a little with the DaVille PAX. All members of the PAX put forth maximum effort this morning. Job well Done gentleman.

Thanks for letting me lead.

  1. I think my comment was that I’ve never actually woken up to my alarm when I had the Q, because my internal clock tells me to get the hell up long before the real alarm goes off. The fear of missing a Q and facing the wrath is too great.

  2. Looks like a solid one Circle K, sorry I had to miss (2.0 woke up at 4:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep)

  3. Seems as though Circle K’s internal clock was spot on. The vision of Circle K exiting the Jeep as it continues to roll into the parking space is all that comes to mind. At least it appears that you didn’t lock your keys in the Jeep in the process. Probably just left it running.

Looks like a solid beatdown. Well done men.

  4. I can’t believe you called the Jack Webbs! I toned it down to elevens with the same exercises just to see if I could still do a Reverse Crunch – so humbled after Chum’s beatdown. Notice how nobody who was actually at the workout has commented – I bet they are still recovering.
