Snow was coming down on Weds so normal trail run was moved to Thursday.

1 Idiot posted and did 8.5 miles, some on the trails some on the roads.

I thought workouts were never canceled?

If you moved the workout to another day and you didn’t announce it to anyone, was it really a workout or just you going running?
