Fall was in the air this morning as cooler weather prevailed. The kids are back at UR signaling the end of summer and the return to collegiate life. We tackled the Westham 4 miler loop leading us along the parkway, down by the canal, and home along the overgrown road by CCV. The Pax added on distance, either by hill or lake, ‘til 6:15.
It was good to see almost all of the Pax travel to and from the AO for extra mileage. Getting BRR tough.
Marv took us out, in an excellent fashion as always.

Great morning and route. Enjoyed running with Sippy and Marv who really pushed me – impressed by their pace despite having already run 3 miles to the AO. Good to have Lockjaw back in town…liked his dubbing of the golf-course trail as the “TYA Batcave”. Now that school is back in session we’ll have to incorporate the sorority houses into our route – only once TYA is back of course.
Note: Based on this mornings discussion I have no idea how many guys we have on the BRR teams. Appears to change daily. I’ll just wait until I get there and start running once TYA tells me to.

Yes Sabb that indeed is the plan – just wait for TYA to give you further instruction regarding BRR – here is what you need to know now. Show up with your A game and a positive/YES attitude – get in the van and prepare for one hell of a weekend that you will never forget….
