Lazy Dora: 100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s, 300 Jump Squats. Partners switch back and forth to counts are complete. 10 each Merkins, 20 each LBC’s, 25 each Jumps. While partner is doing Merkins, other is holding plank, holding 6” during LBC’s, holding Al Gore during Jumps.
