Woodsman VQ 16 HIMs joined the Woodsman for his long overdue VQ in the elements. It was cold, wet, and raining, all of which we conquered. The fun began with a mosey down the main street with two stops for 4 burpees (just for Dumar) and then back to the clubhouse lot for the circle up. The F3 mission statement and 5 core principles were then stated for the PAX. Warmarama:  – SS hops x 10 – Don Qs x 10 (with a poor cadence) – Ukranian soldiers x 10 (also with a poor cadence) – Dead man hang…

9 brave HIMs peeled themselves out of bed on a soggy Friday morning to support my VQ. After a quick mosey down to Old One Hundred, we circled back up for the mission of F3 & a quick disclaimer that I have no idea what I’m doing and not to hurt yourself. That’s when the fun began. Warmarama: Terminology and cadence was a little shaky, but we got through it with limited commentary from the gallery Side straddle hops 10x Sun Gods 10x forward 10x backward (Sun gods) Washing Machine 10x Don Quixote 10x Squats 10x Shoulder Taps 10x I…

12 Weary Travelers from around the lands of yonder (even Chester) joined as one to celebrate a VQ 5 months in the making. The PAX embarked on a mosey along the paved paradise to the tune of B.R.I.D.G.E as the Buttkicks, Rosalitas, Imperial S. walke, don quixotes, ankle Grabs and Everything else glistened in the parking lot spotlights. Forever Pax partners were formed as grueling games of Rock Paper Scissors were hit with a sprinkle of Burpees, LBCs and Flutterkicks for added flavor. A quick mosey over to “The Wall” brought an alliterative display of Death-defying and down right dirty…

We sent out the F3 signal yesterday across the New Kent FB page for a later 6 to 7 AM bootcamp at Pine Fork Park to spark at least one FNG to manage rising up from the old fartsack. We’re trying every option possible on the social media end with no success, but we haven’t reached our easiest and biggest target yet. We’ll make that a priority in the next couple of weeks. Thus, it was a party of two. Make no mistake, we got after it! -Mosey to the corner of the football field for Warmarama. Cherry Pickers, DQ’s,…
