3 men showed up to kick off the week, including a visitor stamping his Winter Tour pass for Tomato Run. YHC was solo today rucking with Mudface out of town, and put in 3 miles around the schools. Upchuck and Trout ran 4-5 miles, YHC is not sure of the route, forgot to ask. Good to see you Upchuck, thanks for making the trip! As usual, I have No Idea what I’m doing…

We had six show up for a cool 70 and sunny run this morning. Here is what went down: No Idea and Mudface ran / walked their loop around the schools. Trout, Rounders, Oyster and YHC did the Farmhouse loop (about 4.2 miles). Trout and Rounders ran ahead at a sub 9 minute mile pace and Oyster and YHC ran an average 10:15 mile pace today. Arrived on site to a cool 26 degree gloom for a early morning run, we had Trout pick the route today and we ran through the Rutland neighborhood for our 4+ mile route. Mud Face and No Idea went the Baptist church route to get their 45 minute route in. Numberama and Namerama, Trout took us out. We welcome Garbage Plate to north of the wall(295) and great mumble chatter at the start of the run catching up. We quickly split off with 4 doing the farmhouse loop and 1 doing the lap around the school. Cool morning for a run and we completed the 4.1 Mile loop. Numberama Namerama, Bulkhead took us out. Announcements – Winter Tour is ongoing and we discussed signing up for breaking bread, look for sign ups on the Q sheet. A great start for the week…CB

4 Davillians posted for the morning run this morning. Mudface and No Idea did their route around the schools and YHC and Trout ran the Kings Charter Farmhouse loop (4.1 miles). It was a nice cool morning for a run and having not worked out for over a week, this was a great way to get back in the F3 swing in Daville. Great to work out with the Monday regulars and no tourist this morning. We will see you in the gloom…CB

3 Davillians enjoyed Spring like temperatures for the last run in Mechanicsville for 2019 Mud Face and No Idea dress like how it should actually be like in December got in their normal 3ish miles YHC took it easy and got in 4 SPIT ON THAT!!

YHC arrived to site and there was no Q so taking the lead we broke up into two groups Mud Face and No Idea did their 3 mile route, the remaining group did the Farm House loop. This was the same as last week; however, with more in the PAX and the Xmas lights were on at many houses and that made the run more fun in the gloom this cool morning. We returned to school with Namerama and Numberama. No Idea took us out. Good run this morning.

7 Davillians came out in the mist and darkness to start week off with some miles Route The King’s Charter Loop – Marco and Trout got out quick in a Sub 8 pace. YHC tried to follow behind. Lab Rat and Corned Beef set their own pace MudFace and No Idea did their thing and got in 3ish miles Macro and YHC got in 5 Trout, Corned Beef and Lab Rat got in 4 plus SPIT ON THAT!!

YHC showed up to see 2 men ready for the morning run and here is how it went down: Mudface ran and walked to Church loop on Atlee Road and House loop in new Giles Community then walked around parking lot. Beulah and Corned Beef ran same loop then around all schools returning to front to complete 4 miles. Numberama and Namerama, YHC took us out. Honor to lead you gents this morning.

4 regulars and 1 FNG showed up for a cool morning run. Mud Face did his usual route around the schools. The rest of us 4 ran to kings charter neighborhood around the farm house and returned. Marco Polo wanted to get an additional mile so he ran to cul de sac in Honey Meadows and back behind the schools to our starting point where the remaining 3 we ran to the front of the schools and completed 4.25 miles.
