3 studs rose early to meet the dawn, work off some calories, and prepare themselves for Beach Week (suns out, guns out). According to the 18 year olds preparing to graduate high school, this is how far the group ran: Robinson to Boat Lake to Paddle Boat (yes, these are the real names) to AA Blvd., to Blanton, to Garrett, to Rugby, to Pump House, and then back up Park to hit Dogpile from the reverse slope. Normal route on the way home, joined by Sippy Cup. Numbers, Names, and YHC took us out with a reminder to work hard…

The night before there were no messages exchanged between the usual Breakfest Crew peeps, so YHC was curious who would be there. Upon arrival YHC discovered it was only us. We ran, we chatted about nothing of major note, it was nice. Prayer requests: Slipping Jimmy lost his mother a couple weeks back. Prayers for his father losing his spouse 1 month shy of 51 years.

Two hombres joined forces amid The Gloom of Robinson St. at 05:30. Temps were steady at 70 and sunny. Route was south on Robinson, right around the lake, right to the former Columbus Statue, south on Park, right to head down the Triangle of Death, loop on the backside of the park, and up the hill to the east of Love Hill / west of the Toll Booth, and to the Dogpile shovel flag. Return route: straight back to the Flag. Numbers, Names, YHC took us out with a message about family, wives, strength, and ladies having their hair cut…

4 cool guys had a Saturday run before Dogpile two weeks ago. YHC was slow to post this backblast, but it was a beautiful morning for a run. The crew ran past YHC’s first house over by Maymont.

4 stallions – 3 regulars and one aspiring regular – saddled up at 05:30 for this morning’s version of The Breakfast Club. Route was Robinson to the park, RIGHT at the lake drive, up to the artist formerly known as the Columbus Statue, left towards the other lake, around the other lake, right and down the steps to the actual lakeside, around most of the lake, and then over to Dogpile. Return, like the Wise Men, by another route (the usual, other route). Numbers, names, YHC took us out with a message about being thankful for the women in our…

One of regular breakfast club guys was missed due to unfortunate accident and Boberry’s father was going to get medical surgery. Four PAX launched with heavy heart the typical route around the lake and ran back to the Early Bird Biscuit, Co with 3.5 miles. YHC took us out.

Six svelte studs joined up at Woke Bird for a little extra training. We ran a little more at the beginning and still finished with 5 min for rest. Handshake took us out. This is what we did + bootcamp. NMS – Adapt and overcome. Get some!

A group text went around last night and it appeared there would only be two for Breakfast Club, when time came there was only one. YHC waited a few minutes and rolled out. Typical route out and around the lakes. On the return journey Corned Beef volun-told Hash to run with YHC. it was good to chat with him and hear about his experiences his Freshmen year at George Mason. With the exception of VMI not having his desired Major Hash almost said he regretted not going to VMI, apparently misery with company is better than misery alone. Thanks to…
