There is outdoor seating at Palani Drive, which will be key for those that do not smell the best after a run. This will be good training for…

We are firing up an introductory F3 workout on Saturday, June 22nd at 7:30 am on the day after the longest day of the year. Some of the most often used excuses for not coming to a F3 workout are the following: “It is too dark…””It is too cold…””It is too early…””I won’t be able to get to work on time if I go…””I want to get in shape first…” These excuses are all off the table for this workout! Why are we hosting this No Excuses Workout? The goal of this workout is to provide an introductory experience of…

It’s that time of year again. With the onset of summer, we look forward to the beach, the pool, cookouts, theme parks, fishing trips, family vacations, and the RVA Summer Tour. What a better way to spend the summer than challenging yourself to visit all 26 F3 RVA AOs.¬† The 2018 RVA summer tour was a lot of fun. There were 13 completers which meant there were always tour participants at every workout. The tour also led to the creation of the most fun workout YHC has experienced since being part of F3RVA, the Amateur Bike Ride at RAMM Gears.…

Gentlemen, The inaugural F3RVA Retreat is officially on the books, and will be held Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22. Get it on your calendars now. I know this conflicts with weddings, birthdays, college football, lawn mowing, and other sacred events. I’m sorry. I did the best I could, and this is the date that works best. I’m also aware its a few weeks after BRR. Again, sorry. Plan accordingly for this year, and for the same general time frame in 2020 and beyond. When: 9/21-9/22.¬†Generally plan to arrive sometime Saturday afternoon and leave by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday…
