A 9-pack of HARDER Lemonade enthusiasts converged at The Forge and embraced the suck. Many were surprised to learn the Forge is an acronym for the 5 core principles. Many were not surprised that a DTH beatdown is in fact challenging.

- Circle up on top level/lot of Mt Chaplain, which we will call Level 1
- Welcome & Disclaimer
- Level 1 – Don Q’s x10 IC
- Run to top of Knolls, x5 burpees, run back down to next level down on Mt Chaplain
- Level 2 – Smurf Jacks x20 IC
- Run to the top for x5 burpees, run back down
- Level 3 – Mericans x30 OYO
- Run up, x5 Burpees, run down
- Level 4 – Hallelujah Flutters x40 IC
- Run up, x5 Burpees, run down
- Level 5 – Monkey Humpers x50 IC
- Run up, x5 Burpees, run down
- Level 3 – WWII x60 OYO
- Run up, x5 Burpees, run down
HANDICAP MOVERAMA:
- Form up at the bottom of the handicap ramp and Q calls variable movements for the PAX to eventually reach the top
- Examples: Bear Crawl, Lunges, Broad Jumps, Crab Walk, etc
WRECKING THE ROTATOR CUFFS:
- Mosey over to the bottom of the stairs
- LINDSEY:
- Dips at the bottom 30–>10
- Tooth Fairy up steps (x16 merican hops)
- Donkey Kicks at the top 10–>30
- Mosey around grassy slope to bottom
TOSSING LEGS:
- Partner up for PLT’s
- Complete x3 Rounds of x20 each
MINI WALLORAMA:
- Stop to complete a painful set of Hoedowns on the faux brick wall
BTTF:
- Merican Ring of Fire – PAX successfully and admirably chose a different style of mericans for their 10-count set
- Snuff served the PAX a moment of breathing meditation
COT:
- Counterama # 9
- Namerama
- Announcerama (see Below)
- YHC took the PAX out in Prayer
NMS: Someone has been enjoying Harder Lemonade at The Forge, and we all suspect Machismo. Mount Warmerama is more than just a warm-up …OOF! The stench is back, but not nearly as bad as years past. Doublemint shared stories from his glory days – surprise tattoos, STD’s, near-miss pregnancies and maybe paying a chick to pee on his face? Tough to say whether that was a joke or not… Appreciate Mudslide bringing the ShovelFlag since YHC had left it at BWE after the Ruck. Good to have you at the Forge brother!
