- WWII sit-ups
- Side lunges – each side

- Same thing on other side of field until all the way around the field

- Jack Webb – up to 11 merkins, 44 air presses
- 3x check
- Wall sit
- Reverse crunch
- Run parking lot loop
- Mary and stretching
- COT with YHC taking us out
