Mosey to track for COP:
SSH x 20
Arm circles - 10 small, 5 big, then rinse & repeat reverse
Copperhead squats x 10
Merkins x 10
Scorpion kicks x 10
Don Quijote x 10
11s, bleachers-to-bleachers, across the track. Exercises were burpees and WWII sit-ups
Mosey to pull-up bars for modified Murph: 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 150 squats
Jog behind school for pole smokers. Alternating leg lifts x 10 and hand-release merkins x 10; 5 sets
Mosey back to virtual flag for 8 minutes of stretching.
YHC took himself out.
Grateful to get to glimpse the sun in what looks like it might be a rainy Memorial Day weekend.
