Triple Check with partner 1 running to the tree on the horizon and partner 2 performs 100 curls, 200 squats, 300 flutter kicks.
Continue down Overlook for a triple check – partner 1 bear craws across the cul-du-sac and back, partner 2 planks with a block on the back, and partner 3 performs an elbow plank.
Carry the blocks back to the AO with Monkey Bumpers and Overhead Presses along the way.
