A loving pair of Brogiis shook off the romantic fart sack for a early morning stretching session. With warmer temps, it was time to get Broga season back up again. Todays session included shoulder work, hips, hamstrings along with some back. YHC dusted off the old towels that had been in winter storage. Other members busted out the 16 ply mat with adjustable knee protection. Corporate should take notes as this newer model Broga Mat will be on the website shortly, patent pending.
