WARMARAMA:
SSH, DQ, Ukrainian Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Michael Phelps, Helicopters, Jazzercise. Short Mosey to the end of the block and back.

FlexFriday:
Tabata: Pick an exercise: 20 secs work, 10 sec rest, repeat x 8 = 1 round. Run parking lot between rounds. Choose new exercise each round.
Exercises: Block Burpees, KB Rows, American Hammers, Overhead Press, Merkins, Curls, Jump Rope, Goblet Squats.

YHC wanted to lift coupons and keep the heart rate up. Tabata it is. I think the PAX today enjoyed the coupons of Kettlebells and Cinderblocks. Next time let’s not follow Overhead Presses with Merkins. Great to have Last Call at Satans Hill today; welcome to FlexFriday.
