6 runners and 1 walker started the day right. YHC took the Q to try something different. The PAX were good sports and went along with the plan.

  • COP
    • SSH
    • Imperial squats
    • Invisible jump ropes
    • Butt kickers
    • Ukrainian soldiers
    • Don Qs
  • Sprints – Mosey to practice football field for some sprint training
    • Partner up starting at end zone line, P1 sprints to 10 yard line gets set, P2 sprints to 10 yard line, P1 sprints to back to starting point, P2 sprints to starting point. x 2
    • Rinse and repeat at increments of 10 yards (20 yds, 30 yds…, 100 yds)
  • Cool down jog around the school back to parking lot for some stretching.
