Fifteen former offensive linemen gathered at Satan’s hill for a beatdown fit for Southside’s finest. Here is what happened according to POG looking from his window.

COP – Helicopter, Don Quixote, SSH, Merkins, LBCs (maybe more – had the first Q gitters)

Line up – High knees, butt kickers, Inchworms, Shuffle right/left, Karaoke right/left, Oline run blocking drill w/partner, Oline pass blocking drill w/ partner

Mosey up Satan’s hill

Mailbox merkins and ball dippers – repeat for 10 mailboxes

Run to bottom of hill, 50 Dry docks, run to opposite cul de sac

Triple check – Log press, bicep curls with logs or cinder block, run to stop sign at the top of the hill

  1. You definitely had the Qdrenaline going this morning early on but you fought through it and knocked it out. YHC was definitely not cut out to be an O or D lineman, in his head he is more of inside linebacker but in reality he is a professional football – watcher / armchair QB. Great VQ brother welcome to the Q sheet.

  3. Great job Parker! I am sure this morning for all the right reasons. Keep those logs around, they may be useful. You may want to give some counseling to Wilson on his blocking, it may be good enough for the Bill’s but here in SOJ it doesn’t cut it.
