The THANG
- DoubleCheck(TM): PAX 1 bear crawl length of pavilion and back, PAX 2 Lt. Dans; flapjack and repeato
- DoubleCheck(TM): PAX 1 lunge length of pavilion and back, PAX 2 Dying Cockroaches; flapjack and repeato
- Snow BLIMPS: six stations identified around perimeter of the soccer field; from pavilion, mosey to first station, do prescribed exercise and return to pavilion. Mosey around perimeter past first station to second station, do prescribed exercise and return to pavilion, etc.
- 1. Burpees x 10
- 2. Lunges x 20
- 3. Imperial Walkers x 30
- 4. Merkins x 40
- 5. Plank Jacks x 50
- 6. Squats x 60
BTTF – numbers, names YHC took us out.
NMMS: Fistbump to Snuff for earning the Frostbite Merit Badge; with a little mumble chatter, even burpees in the snow can be bearable. TAPs to all the brothers who were there in spirit but couldn’t make it due to quarantine or otherwise.
