Sprint 75 yards and do 75 DOUBLE COUNT Mountain Climbers, Bernie back to start. Sprint 100 yards and do 100 SSH, Bernie back to start.
Run DMC – Run a lap around parking lot then do 20 Diamond Merkins (D). Run a lap around parking lot then do 20 Merkins (M). Run a lap around parking lot then do 20 Carolina Dry Docks (C)

Note to self, if you know you’re doing overhead work later in the day, suggest not wearing out your shoulders before the day starts. That Super Sauce was no joke, we will see them again at a Doozy Q but not for at least a couple weeks.
