MOLESKIN

There’s nothing like some old timers hitting the sandlot and re-living their glory days.  Unless of course they never had glory days.  Either way plenty was had this day.  By YHC’s count 15 balls cleared the fence.  UpChuck blasted one the farthest while Roger Roger brought home the trophy with 3 bombs.  More than half the PAX left the yard and YHC walked off with one over the scoreboard.  Welcome friendly new guy TI (Texas Instruments – birth name Cheng).  Special thanks to the guys of Heartbreak Ridge for letting YHC take the Q and do something dumb.  Next year Team Derby West End vs. SOJ. Apologies for not enough Burpees, the PAX was simply too good.

  1. Thanks guys, hope everyone had fun. Glad Ronnie and Seymour found us. TI come back for a regular beatdown.

  2. Awesome morning, Hutton. Thank you for organizing.

Roger Roger crushed it today as did several other guys (Handshake with the lead off bomb). We may need to call Big Tennessee “T-Sizzle” – he hit some rockets that YHC definitely “ole’d” on.

Good to chat with Roger Roger, BT, and others in the field.

  3. Welcome TI!
Joey Chestnut and I were unable to drive by 2 Dunkin Donutses and not buy anything – it’s good to move Heartbreak a bit west every now and then.
“Ancient Astronaut Theorist” is still available for the History Channel fans.

  4. Big Tennessee on

Definitely a good time and a great chance to see some west end dudes I haven’t seen in ages. Welcome TI! SOJ v West End should sell lots of tickets!
