NMS: Today marks 5 years since the first day YHC showed up for F3 and was christened Bodos. 5 years has a big fat asterisk cause it was about 6-8 months before YHC showed up for workout #2, and another while longer before YHC became a regular. So grateful for this group and the fitness and friendship it’s brought into my life! Thankful for you guys. and Congrats to Singer and Oyster for winning the relay race.

  1. Congrats on 5 years. I do remember your first post at WDog. Glad you became a regular and bring up the maturity level of our PAX by at least 5 years in age.

  2. Congrats. From the ever-present Charles Gunn Show to playing with little kids plastic balls in the parking lot, many things you do make me smile in a genuinely happy way. Thank you for bringing leadership, humility, and guidance to our group. Your contribution is substantial. And, as was noted this morning, you also share with us a youthful enthusiasm for hurdling onto picnic tables, American Ninja Warrior, and, also today, healthy competition. “This is a race. It’s a relay race!” said the gleeful, apparently 9-year old pastor of the church whose parking lot we were about to use for our 30-53 year old’s track meet. Here’s to 5 more.

  3. I believe I was at your first, W-Dog right? I recall it more so after your riveting Q a year or two ago detailing your F3 story and ‘don’t be a bodos’ speech. Glad you stuck it out Bodos, here’s to another 5.
