Balls to Wall, Chicken Peckers, Bear Crawls, Out and Back Run, Donkey Kicks…out and back run

Partner Up: Partner runs out and does 5 pull ups while other partner does series of exercises. 4 iterations: Merkins, WWII, MC’s, Dollys.
