Mosey over to the playground at Pemberton and partner up
- Partner 1 -5 Pull Ups while Partner 3 does Merkins x 3 rounds each
Mosey over to the track around the larger playground, partner up
- Partner 1 – Bear Crawls while Partner 2 runs around the track. Switch when reunited until you make it around the track completely.
Mosey to the Blacktown behind Pemberton. Partner up for a Dora
- 100 Merkins
- 200 LBC’s
- 300 Side Straddle Hops
Triple Check
- Partner 1 – Iron Chair Partner 2 WWI’s, P3 Run to the far side of the Blacktop and back
Mosey back to the flag:
- 4 Minutes of Mary.
