A light but eager crowd assembled for Circus Maximus this week. Here is how it went down:

- Arm circles – 10 small/5 big; forwards and backwards

- 3x check with double barrel KB carry, merkins and WWII sit-ups
- Run the bus loop
- Lindsay with overhead pulls and lawnmower pulls (each arm)
- Run the bus loop
- COT with YHC taking us out
Good work by the PAX today. Limited political discussion, but plenty of mumble-chatter. Great to be with these KB gladiators. Good luck to Blue Moon on the marathon this weekend, as well as Gypsy on his pacing work.
