5 strong at Stankhill in the gloom. There was small mumble chatter.

Warmarama: 20 of each Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Air Squats, Through the Tunnels

The Thang: Pax moseyed around Stankhill and went between the two hills straight to the Pull up bars.

11’s Pull ups and then run up the hill for Big Boy Sit-ups.

After that the Pax ran over to the field in front of the amphitheater. There the pax completed:

25 of each Exercise. After each set the Pax ran 20 yards and back.

Burpees, Lunges, Big Boy Sit ups

Merkins, 4 Count Air Squats, 4 counts American Hammers.

Pax then moseyed back to the flags for COT. There the pax read Psalm 127:3-4. Countarama, Namearama.
