Stopping by Commons on a Rainy Morning

Image result for rainy road"

Whose roads these are I think I know
Ten men with TYA thinking he was the bro;
Splinter trumps, all PAX belt out a cheer
Intervals were the way to geaux.

Turning left up Ridgeway to the top we steer
Three times repeating YHC commandeered
Roads were a river, almost a lake
Difficult, but not quite Mount Rainier.

Back down Roselawn, we jiggle, we shake
TYA glasses turned opaque.
Only two times up that Roselawn heap
Then turn right for goodness sake.

Three times up Toana and nary a peep,
U-Turn down Campus needing a Jeep,
Two times up Bostwick before I sleep,
Two times up Bostwick before I sleep.

errrr. Emily Dickenson … pretty sure Van gogh was a painter that cut off his freaken ear for a girl – damn Vince – you sure shes the one ??

  3. Feeling cold and wet and chilled to the bone

On foot I did take the most direct route home

Hands were chilled and numb as with the deadbolt key I did futz

Then stripped down to realize the extent of my chafing…chest, legs, nutz

  4. I prefer to be compared to the English romantic John Keats rather than Emily Dickenson. I mean, she was from Massachusetts, right?

Van Gogh in the other hand, what says love more than severed cartilage.

  5. Now that read more like a rap spoken in prose. Did Saab moonlight on death row records in his youth?

Way to take us out today Saab.
