Mosey to the basketball court black top and break out into groups of 3.
- One partner bear crawls down to the fence, lunges back
- One partner jump squats
- One partner people’s chair/wall sits. hit all 3 stations 3x.
Exercise 3 – Triple Check for Upper
Same groups of 3.
- One partner bear crawls down to the fence, lunges back
- One partner does ball to the wall (modify with Carolina Dry Docks)
- One partner completes hand release merkins
