NMS:

Awesome morning in the gloom with this group of men. Everyone pushed hard. Tobit, POG and Marv led the pack with exercises and getting around the track quickly, way to lead fellas. Also good to have Marv and Splinter come across the river for some summer tour action, keep it up boys. New Market posted 9 PAX this morning, flat out awesome to see. Also shout out to Lug and Bullseye for putting in the extra credit run before posting, you boys are killing it! Always an honor to lead this group and I appreciate the opportunity. Hug your loved ones boys and reach out to an old buddy today fellas, you never know who may need a quick call!

  1. Great Q Marmaduke! 100 of anything is a challenge. I pushed hard to get to 100 first on the LBCs – I’m ready for my vacation pool time tomorrow!

  2. Marv at back to back non-runs, solid! Sign-ups for F3RVA Retreat corn hole tournament are open. Two-man teams. Members must be from separate nano regions. Sign-ups are on in the monthly challenges google docs sheet. Like Gumbo said, Team ‘Stache has already won. Everyone else is vying for second place.

  3. Definitely not a ground and pound beatdown. 2.76 miles and 100’s of everything. Well done!!!

  4. We’ve decided to camp out by the deer in the middle of Huguenot until the county decides to pick it up. Still there!

Nice work Marmaduke. Loved the running today.

  5. Great job Duke! And congrats to the New Market crew for their strong presence.

To clarify, Lug got real extra credit. I was just goofing off.

  6. Solid Q Marmaduke!! Great to see strong numbers. Now that I figured out how to post here maybe now I can figure how to sign up on the Q sheet before beaker beats me to it.
