Since its launch date is after the Summer Tour starts I would say No but that’s up to the Phonics and Lab Rat since they organizing the summer tour

Absolutely this is part of the summer tour. The summer tour starts on Saturday, May 25. The first Thursday of the summer tour is Thursday, May 30 which is the launch date. It would be awesome to have a large summer tour presence at the launch.
