Marmaduke took us out!

NMS: No lights at No Toll. O well, that did not stop the PAX from crushing the workout. Mr. Roper, YHC is amazed at your verbal skills during a workout. Glad to hear you got out of Colorado but also had fun!

The Spartan was found last week on the Lexicon. Perfect for YHC MO, according to Rosie, run a lot, and do 1 exercise a lot. BOOM. Love The Spartan! Rosie and Ollivander-RESPECT on perfect form for all 300.

Thank you for following this morning men. The PAX that YHC has come to know at all AO’s are true friends and ones that will be there, if YHC ever needs anythings. But No Toll is YHC’s home-SOUTHSIDE!! A true blessing and YHC is grateful! Continue to be the beacon of light, always!

Only those who post understand.

Loud and Proud,

  1. Looks like a great cue brother – sorry to have missed it. I’ve picked up my kids’ crud, hoping to be back up and running for Saturday’s big event. Prayers appreciated.

  2. A classic Flatline Q indeed – a melodic cadence, a voice crack (or 2), some sprints and a WHOLE LOTTA OF SOMETHING – today it was merkins and man, I’m feeling it. Well done fellas.

GO Runnin’ Bulldogs of Gardner Webb!

  3. Way to double down on the ‘Q profile’ Flatline. I had a feeling calling you out would lead to something like that, loved and hated it all. Definitely not perfect form on all 300, just the last few while the PAX was watching.
DTH don’t you have some shots or pills to get over the crud quicker than the rest of us mere mortals?

  4. The Spartan was brutal Flatline! Perfect form went out the door on round 1….heck, not sure there was ever perfect form.

  5. That was a smoker! I still can’t lift my arms above my head because I’m so sore.
