Watch the Wet Spots

A mighty 13 showed up to do a lot of partner workouts on 2/13. A sign from the cosmos or maybe just a lucky day to work out with the Pax?

Mosey to the first circle for COP.

Back to the flag where the guy in the Red Shorts took us out. In fairness, we could have used a boat or a canoe with the amount of standing water today.

About Author

  1. Thanks to Swirly for helping to crush it through the touch a tree and PLTs

Thanks to Vinny for picking me up like a little baby so as to get me through my lame attempt at pull ups

Thanks to Lockjaw for wearing underwear when it mattered most…

  2. Swirly (F3 Corporate) on

    Good Q Lockjaw.
Enjoyed partnering up with Saabski and Flange.
    Way to work fella’s !
    See y’all in the gloom..

  3. Solid Lockjaw style beatdown, as always. Any chance we can change Greenbow’s name to Nordstrom since he wears fancy name brand jackets to boot camps? Also, t-claps to Handshake for wearing appropriate sized shorts.

  4. Good to be back after a week away. Soggy ground be damned, fine morning for a beatdown. Good work LJ.

  5. Where’s the “Like” button and Laughing emoji?

Great job Lockjaw, it was nice to keep moving around.

  6. Great Q, Lockjaw. From Greenbow’s drag racing down Broad at 5:15 AM to his designer wear, I’m not sure who this guy really is!?

I’m with Hutton…great morning for a beat down, regardless of the water. Although, the M isn’t very happy with the muddy clothes dropped off at the washing machine…have a great day, gents.
