- Mosey to bus loop for a modified game of catch me if you can
- Double-weighted carry while partner does 10 burpees before running to partner

- KB beast down/back bus loop (weighted carries between stops)
- Sit ‘n presses
- High pulls
- Copperhead squats
- Swings
- Halos
- Lawnmower pulls (each arm)
- Chum Bucket led some cool down stretches
- COT with YHC taking us out
On paper, this sounds easy. Being under weight for 45 minutes is another thing. That grip can be tested as the clock continues to click without a break. Our arms will thank us later. Great to see Chum Bucket and catch up with my brother. The man is a beast.
