5 PAX posted including a FNG (Welcome “Yota”) on this workout pre-sunrise. Warmarama started off with 25 Side Straddle Hop IC, 20 Merkins, Ab Challenge 120 LBC’s, 48 Leg Raises, 115 sec Planks. The Thang been by a mosey to the picnic area near the bathrooms for some lighting. There the PAX partnered up for some fun with DORA 1,2,3’s. This consisted of 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBC’s each partner taking a turn and sprinting to the trees and back. After that the PAX ran around the mountain and up the ridge for some rocking 45’s and tricep extensions. Finally back to the Flag where the PAX welcomed FNG Yota and inducted him to our club.
