The Thang: Slow mosey around the big loop stopping at every other bench and performing merkins, dips, crunches, and squats. Mosey around Sloth Hill to the main stairs and then up to the top for 45’s with rocks and then dealers choice. (Thrusters, triceps, Goblet squats). From there PAX ran across the top of the mountain and then down the stairs to the flag. At the flag PAX did World War Two Sit-ups, flutter kicks, and Catalina Wine Mixer.
