Colt 90s

Warmarama – SSH x 30 In Cadence (IC), Burpees x 10 OYO, Don Quixote x 15, Arm Circles x 15 each direction.  One lap around the lake.

The Thang

First exercise was Colt 45s.  Partnered up since we only had 3 sets of weights.  While one partner does Colt 45s the other is doing WW2s.  PAX completed two rounds each of Colt 45s.   Mumblechatter increased by the 2nd round as someone remarked that “Colt 90s” were no joke.

The 2nd and last exercise was Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.  Set 5 cones 5-6 yards apart in increasing distance from start line starting about 10 yards out.  Each PAX draws an exercise out of the bag to do at each cone.  You run to first cone and do exercise, run back to start line and out to 2nd cone, do exercise.  Repeato until you get back to start line after 5 cone.  Pick up the 6 and do that PAX’s exercise until completion.  4-5 rounds of exercises were completed, however we didn’t empty the bag which is always the goal.  A couple more PAX would have helped with that!

COT – Thankful No Matter What

Hebrews 13:5. “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such rhings as you have.”

Wrongly desiring what someone else has leads to many issues including ungratefullness, selfishness, idolatry, etc.  It gets in the way of loving one another and it takes away from our own happiness.  Comparison kills contentment!  Thankfullness is one of the best ways to combat covetousness and discontentment.
