4 PAX posted to QuackQuackHonk for Circuits 2.0. Most notably however, Screen Door was inducted to the F3HR Hall of Fame with his 50th post in F3 Hampton Roads! #Tclaps. That meant Lady Glittersparkle (LG) would be along for the entire workout.
Warmarama: SSH x 30 IC, Squat Jack’s x 15 IC, Merkin Jack’s x 15 IC
1 lap around lake Indian run style with LG in front. #Tclaps to Clifford for keeping up. Mosey over to planter/playground area for Circuits 2.0. The exercises were as follows in order: Burpee Box Jumps, Lunges, Incline Merkin, Big Boy Situps, Dips, Squats with LG!, Swing Crunches, LBCs, Bear Crawl to Crawl Bear. With 9 exercises and 4 PAX we were rewarded with 5 extra Burpees each round as LG had to be put down after Squats. All exercises were 45 seconds long with 15 seconds to get to next station. 30 second rest after each circuit. 3 circuits total. We finished up at the flags with Ring of Fire Flutter Kicks, Captain Thor, and Box Cutters.
