MOLESKIN
AND YHC IS FINISHED!! Thank you to all those that took part in this celebration. This week has been one that YHC will not soon forget.
Today was just another challenge!
YHC wanted to make sure not to repeat any areas already used early at WDog. Today was focused on three locations that just around a year ago would have been impossible to complete for him.
Here is what YHC has learned: Pulls up are still a challenge, Love Hill has seem to get just a little shorter (not really), and Boulevard Bridge still sucks.
Sorry not much to say about Mumble Chatter or recap so please include your “favor” parts of today in the comments.
It was honor and privilege to lead you gentlemen today. I look forward even more memories this coming year.
Just reminder: “The workouts don’t get any easier, you just get stronger.”

Ouch, that was a great workout. so glad I could get home to catch at least ONE of Spit’s Q’s this week. my body will thank you later (not now). Good to see everyone. Nice work men!
That was a smoker. I could barely make it back to the COT.
Well done, Spit!
Spit-you rock bro! Nice job Q’ing all week! Glad to be a part of it. Agree with Viral-almost called UBER to get back to flag!
Congratulations Spit on your 6th straight Q during your anniversary week! I was at 5 of the workouts and you never repeated an exercise. Well done!! Pretty cool seeing the river as we crossed this morning. Even had the opportunity to EH a runner while we were crossing the bridge. Hopefully we will see him next week.
Nice Q, Spit. Love Hill lived up to its name. Downhill broadjump burpees are no easy feat.
Take a day off today. You have earned it.
