Two of Hampton Roads bravest pax braved the early morning dew at WBMS and commenced what many would refer to as “the best inaugural Q a group could ask for.” Following a significant amount of time searching and navigating the F3 Lexicon for ideas and a variety of warm-ups the group (2 pax = group) started with a warm-up that included Annies to the four count of a seemingly winded Q. Warm-up complete, a mosey to the track found the group ready to commence the “Super 21” workout (modified slightly to be the Great Eight) with exercises at each corner of a mosey around the track. A half mile and eight exercise stops in the bag the masses made their way to the elusive pull-up bars (quick voted determined Dreamliner is not to be made aware of the location for obvious reasons). A pyramid of Mexican Jumping Bean Pull-ups commenced and concluded (1-2-3-2-1). In an attempt to slow the strength portion of the workout the Q called an audible and made a trip around the parking lot. Returning to the pull-up bars for another round (1-2-3-3-2-1) of the same jumping pull-ups. As time did permit we progressed back to the track for some glue raises and reversed the Great Eight, completed with a mosey to the Flag for closing out the session.
Message: We concluded with a common yet always applicable 1 Corinthians 10:13. In summary it is not always obvious to us as individuals but God never places more burden on us than what we can handle, including providing the means and tools to handle the challenges we face.
