What would happen if your wife helped you with the BB?

Another workout for the books.  A bunch of old guys worked out.  It was so great, we should all write about it. Post your impression of the workout here.  Be nice, and remember……

Whenever you are resting, someone somewhere is practicing.  And when you meet her, she will beat you.

Namaste,

  1. Wifey agreed to help out while I made 2.0 a smoothie. Who am I to think I could do better?

We did touch-a-bus, Jacob’s ladder, and 11’s. She’s right, it was awesome!

Wild Thing made gloves out of koozies…that was funny. What do y’all think?

Your LOML is short on words. HMM… I guess opposites attract.

All –> Please don’t forget to email or text me if you plan to attend the 2.0 workout at Gridiron on Saturday. I need a headcount of kids to make sure we have enough treats on hand.

My reaction is similar to participating in the Lucky Jackpot @ NoToll: “What just happened?”

  5. Really enjoyed doing Jacob’s Ladder in the small hill again. Its been forever since we have done that. Helix’s crushed those 11’s!

To add we also had a 10 pull ups for the first 5 finishers of 11’s as well as Indian Run.

    Tclaps to your M LabRat!
