New monthly challenge rule- pax who complete prior monthly challenge get to pick new monthly exercises. YHC will be picking Burpees for May so sign up for April challenge to overrule me. As well it is up for review that challenge completion counts as posts in Big Data.

May of Burpees has a nice ring to it…guess there better be a few more April challenge takers to overrule that vote.

7 minutes a day or just do 200 minutes straight. I like the challenge. Holding for 3 min straight is not a small feat either.

Yes side plank is Corporate Approved. Reverse plank is up for Review. Weighted Reverse plank with a M is approved and encouraged.
