- One partner does cinder block bear crawls across the field switching hands each quarter
- Run back with block over head
- Other partner does blockees until they get back

- Polar bears across the field with a cinder block row every five steps

DOWN THE RIVER
- Blocks are lined up with about a foot between
- Merkins done down the line. Right hand on, both hands on, left hand on, deep merkin between blocks
- Plank while waiting turn and when done
GET UP SANTA’S HERE x10
- Cinderblock Turkish get up one side
- Put block on ground
- 10 toe touches to top of block
- Cinderblock Turkish get up other side
OVER THE RIVER AND THROUGH THE WOODS x10
- Partner leans over parallel to the ground
- Other partner leap frogs over and then drops down and crawls through other partner’s legs

YHC had an elaborate theme for today’s workout, which quickly dissolved as the thrown cinders blocks broke on the frozen ground. But after some serious modifications and making it up on the spot the PAX was able to start working.
The Carpenter pointed out that there was one guy there today for every degree.
Great effort was done by all. And it was an honor to Q for you guys this morning

Well done Mud Face! I am ashamed that I missed this morning. When K tagged me at 5:55 and said, “Skipping F3, eh?” I shot awake and threw a nasty glare at the fart sack. Knowing it got the better of me, and feeling the sting of Sad Clown, I burned with frustration. How disappointing it is to miss one that will live in the memories of all. Good job on improvising and making it work out. Hardywood, good to see you in the ‘ville again. Next time we will get a realtor to show you around as we all know that you will end up here soon enough.

It was an EPIC morning and one to remember for a long time. Mudface provided cinderblocks and a beat down. The PAX got fired up when Hardywood rolled up to the parking lot and it was a “take no prisoners” kind of morning. I love the challenges and the camaraderie. This keeps getting better every time!

Mudface, you really led a terrific workout! Hat’s off to Mudface and Chow-dah leaving the youngest ones home for this ONE post. Not worth freezing the kids and having to get started making new ones.
