Ten tightless travelers came out to run on a beautiful morning. 39 degrees made shorts routes only needed so:
4 Milers: Â Commonwealth to Monument, Right on Belmont, Right on Cary
5 Milers: Monument to Davis, Cary back
6 Milers: Monument to Allen, Cary back
NMS: None of the TLM movement were in attendance so the normal 456 routes were offered. Lugnut asked before the start the 4 mile route so he could arm himself with an appropriate weapon against those pesky Pinecones. He opted not to bring his shotgun or broom, instead chosing to run carefully. Good to have you back Lug! YHC forgot to ask if Lugnut opted for the Zamboni feature on his new ride to sweep SOT of cones.
As soon as the PAX hit Commonwealth Saab took off with the normal 6 Milers Sippy and Marv keeping pace. Saab mentioned he got a tune up this week and said his mechanic gave him the all clear for higher mileage. YHC supposes being of Swedish origin Saabs are designed to run better in colder temperatures.
Splinter left YHC, Rosie, and Swirly on Monument and got some extra mileage in.
All 10 made it back safely again today, taking the count of weeks since last directional incident to 2. YHC was somewhat concerned about BackBay but he made it back fine.
Announcements- 45Mom is a full hour on Thanksgiving, normal start time. RVA shirts are up on the F3 Mudgear site.

Definitely missing a few RAMM regulars this am but strong runs by all 10 who were there.
Sorry for my absence, but Lab Rat had a hot tip that the “Sinsei of Swagger” was going to make an appearance at The Creek this morning. I guess words said in the presence of Farrah cannot be held as contractual obligation.
Good to finally make it out to The Creek, even though my primary role there was to appease the angry locals. Details to follow in the bb, I am sure.
Also, glad to hear that Saab is back to front of the pack, where he belongs. I’ll miss you on the 5 mile routes, buddy!
Nice route. Appreciated Marv and Sippy’s company (although they held 50 yards on me for most of the journey). It was a bit challenging to be running on (mostly) all cylinders again.
Note: Saab is also known for taking loose interpretations on mechanical/medical advice and for doing the ill-advised.
Still have the trail runs pal. Hope to see you Sunday.
Nice route Honey Do. Enjoyed the cooler temps immensely.
Hate missing the Friday run. Hopefully this weather sticks around until I get back in town.
Great runs – guys – Honeydo was rolling….
Missed you out there BT..
As we approach this time of year, the changing of the season adds to the concern of the complications with wardrobes. To tight or not to tight, that is the question. Although wearing tights with appropriate coverage of regular athletic shirt is perfectly acceptable, to wear only tights; well, that can truly test ones Fashion Sense. It’s not like they are Salmon colored pants.
Honey Do, Sounded like a very nice Route!
So what your saying is: the first one to post in salmon colored tights wins?
It was only three turns, so pinning a note to my sleeve and making me wear a cowbell was unnecessary and kinda mean . . .
Now we know it is Copernicus who is directionally challenged, the irony!
Seriously salmon colored pants versus tights. Not even in the same universe. One is a way to show off ones manhood, the other is proof that your manhood has been taken away.
Some could argue that showing off your manhood versus being comfortable with your manhood are seperate items that one displays a sense of fashion while the other displays a lack there of; however, combining the two. LabRat may be on to something
