AO for Wednesday, 7/13/2016 Hill Run is Pump House Park, 530pm. This is the same parking lot F3 RVA meets for the Sunday Trail Run. The plan is to run across the Nickel Bridge and attack the hills of Riverside Drive. Great training for the BRR. See everyone Wednesday evening.
